Welcome to Birchwood Yoga. My name is Anneliese Wells. As a Yoga Therapist, specialising in stress management, I help women sustain equilibrium through Hatha Yoga (inspired by Vanda Scaravelli), therapeutic Yoga techniques and mindfulness. Whether you choose private tuition or my small weekly classes, you’ll build sustainable strength, improve your posture and cultivate flexibility of both mind and body. About Me

Yoga and Mindfulness have been instrumental in living a healthy and balanced lifestyle amidst the stresses and strains of living with ADHD and modern life. Being in nature or in my beautiful garden support my mental health and this is why I love teaching in a rural setting.

I understand the challenges that arise for women juggling work, family and our health while struggling with fluctuating hormones and symptoms that impact our sense of self. Today, more than ever we need to implement self care and compassion. We are always doing the best we can but sometimes we need a little help and I am here to give you that support.

It is an honour to witness the transformation that many of my students have experienced and I would love to work with you whether you are a complete beginner, someone struggling with stress or ADHD or enjoying your second spring, preferring to take things at a slower pace.
