Whether you’re new to Yoga or just new to the community, welcome. I help women move from 'fight-flight-freeze' to a state of ease by regulating the nervous system. Through slow, intentional, mindful movement and breathing, you will improve your posture, build sustainable strength, and cultivate flexibility, allowing you to feel both calm and strong in your own skin. I am a qualified Yoga Therapist specialising in stress management. I am very empathic and brilliant at seeing the needs of the person in front of me. Why not book a one to one if you’re curious to make a start and not sure where to begin? I bring years of training and experience to ensure that you feel safe and supported in your practice. Additionally, I offer specialised courses and events for those looking to deepen their practice and make Yoga and Mindfulness a part of daily life. Your teacher

Hello, I’m Anneliese Wells, mother, wife, nature lover, cook, gardener, singer, florist and Yoga Therapist. Yoga and Mindfulness are instrumental in living the healthy and balanced lifestyle that I do my best to maintain amidst the stresses and strains of living with ADHD and modern life.

I understand the challenges that arise for women juggling work, family and our health while struggling with fluctuating hormones and symptoms that impact our sense of self. Today, more than ever we need to implement self care and compassion. We are always doing the best we can but sometimes we need a little help and I am here to give you that support.

It is an honour to witness the transformation that many of my students have experienced and I would love to work with you whether you are a complete beginner, someone struggling with stress or ADHD or enjoying your second spring but prefer to take things at a slower pace.
