Beginner’s Course Wednesdays 19.15-20.30
Part 1 (The Basics) January 8th to February 26th
Part 2 (Mindfulness and Meditation) 5th March to 23rd April
With a maximum of 5 participants, you will progress week by week until you feel confident joining a class.
One to One
Go at your own pace and learn to adapt poses to suit your body. Private tuition will empower you to develop a sense of agency that can be applied in a class or as you continue working one to one.
If you’re confident that you know yourself well, a few one to one’s prior to joining a class might be all you need. After an initial consultation, you can take advantage of my special offer to get you started!
