Slow Saturday

The goal of these monthly sessions is to alleviate stress from both the mind and body using somatic, restorative and therapeutic methods. You don’t have to be stressed to attend! You could think of these monthly sessions as preventative self care - an opportunity to relax and unwind into a state of serenity.
